Al Quran, bee and its honey

And your Lord revealed to the bee saying : Make hives in the mountains and in the trees and in what they build :
Then eat of all the fruits and walk in the ways of your Lord submissively. There comes forth from within it a beverage of many colours, in which there is healing for men; most surely there is  sign in this for people who reflect.

Kursus Pemantapan Profesionalisme Guru-Guru Kor Kadet Polis Zon Timur tahun 2013

     The school holiday was started  on 16 November 2013 and will be finished on 31 December 2013.

     The early days of  school holiday(14 to 17 November 2013), I participated in a course for Police Cadet Teacher for the Eastern Region consist of three state - Terengganu, Kelantan  and Pahang. It took place in PULAPOL Dungun, Terengganu.

     The activities were interesting. As early as 6.30a.m gathered in four platoon, marched to the Padang Kawad. The activities went for an hour before we had our breakfast.

     In a day we had to attend three session of talk handled by the officers of Royal Malaysian Police.

     The course was very interesting. I could get much information about the Cadet Police.
